Good Morning DearHearts,

As this new moment in time arrives on our collective doorstep let’s open our hearts and minds to welcome the hope and possibilities that it brings.

In each instant we are given the opportunity to choose what that instant will hold and bring to us.  Yes, we CAN choose and choose we do.

Many, including myself, have spent far too long without the awareness of power we hold within our consciousness.  As a result of not choosing for ourself we have allowed another to choose for us. From A Course in Miracles perspective the choosing has been done by our smaller separated belief in fear and danger, the ego.

May I suggest that as a new year arrives so does a new opportunity to “choose again”.

Choose Again To:

See the possibility in every day and not judge it on the past experience of the days that came before.

Try to treat every LIVING THING as though it IS simply an extension of your own being.

Be KIND.  Allow that car into your lane even if you believe you are running late to your desired destination.

Smile at others and yourself.

Believe, no matter how dire the situation seems in the moment, that this will be resolved and you WILL SURVIVE.

Choose to begin a Loving Relationship with YOU.

Self Love or lack of it can be devastating and ultimately affect every aspect of our life experience.  Over the past several months I have gone deeper into this topic and awareness.  Because of my work I have decided this will be at least one focus of workshops and classes for me in 2018.

Many of you know I have scheduled my first 2018 workshop on January 15^th titled “What’s Self Love Got to Do With It?”  The answer is EVERYTHING.

I still have a couple of spots available for this workshop and many have let me know they cannot attend on a Monday.  I will schedule another workshop on this topic on a Saturday. Please contact me if you are interested in either this one or the next. Jstarmiracle@gmail.com

I want to share a quote from Lucille Ball about Self Love which showed up on my TV screen one day as I was thinking about putting together the workshop.

“Love yourself first and everything else falls into line. You really have to love yourself to get anything done in this world”

Now think about this one thing, her long running HIT show was titled “I Love Lucy”.

May 2018 BE Filled With Blessings and PEACE For Everyone and Everything.
