Good Morning DearHearts,
“It’s not what you do, it’s the way that you use it” is a lyric in an Eric Clapton song. This lyric reminds me of one of my favorite current commercial campaigns on television. The genius of the ads lies in the fact that the exact same script is used in two totally opposite scenarios.
Many years ago when I was a theatre student in college, we would play a game based on that idea at the lunch table. Someone would say a phrase and then everyone at the table would have to give that phrase a different spin simply by the way it was said. This was one of my earliest realizations of both the power and limitations of spoken language.
I realize that I have written about this topic before, but the importance of our words cannot be too often mentioned. The spoken word is still the major means of communication and miscommunication in this world. I believe we can all agree the energy behind the massive onslaught of speeches and rallies recently has been far more destructive than the actual words used. Of course some words are incendiary whether they are whispered or shouted.
Certain words are historical. The use of these words is linked to past painful memories and the very utterance of them brings the past into the present moment and inflicts ancient wounds in a modern moment. Neither “side” wins with the reopening of a barely healed gouge of the human spirit. Verbal “slings and arrows” are an assault on the Truth. Unfortunately, it is a Truth that has more deniers than supporters. However, the Truth does not change by the mere fact that many choose to refute it.
In Truth- we are all of one Mind and Source.
The commonality of the two-leggeds of this world is supported by the science of DNA. It has been proven that humans, at the core of their being, are far more alike than different.
The perception is that we are different, but at the center of each and everyone are the same desires. Everyone wants Happiness, Joy, Feeling Safe, PEACE.
If for one universal moment we could all embrace the Truth that we all have exactly the same goal for life, a profound shift would be experienced. It appears we are speaking differently but in fact we have the same dialogue but speak it with different emotion.
There are only two emotions in this world, love and fear. These two emotions are the cause of all perception and interpretation of everything that seems to be happening. This brings me back to the commercial with the SAME dialogue, but the way it is perceived is completely different. In one scene a woman is showing off her new sofa and says “I saw it and just had to have it.” In the other half of the commercial a burglar has broken into the house and is looking at the sofa and says “I saw it and just had to have it.”
The audience will either align with the joy of purchasing new furniture or cringe at the fear thought of being robbed. The response to the ad is totally dependent on the perception of the viewer. I find it brilliant because it totally exposes the fact that nothing but perception determines outcome.
As I am finishing this missive Hurricane Irma is travelling through the Atlantic Ocean and seems to have Florida as a destination. For the past several days the energy around town has been heavy with fear. The general media has been fueling the fear with reports of possible shortages and long lines in gas stations and food stores.
I grew up in South Florida and have gone through many storms. Perhaps because I have had this experience multiple times I find myself in a rather neutral thought space. Of course I am doing the typical preparations, because it is the practical thing to do. But I am also meditating and sending love to Irma. My perception of the storm is; it is formed from the thought of being separate from creation. This storm is an effect from our ONE PROBLEM cause. We do not believe we are One with Source and each other and this extends out to our environment.
I have a confession; I was trying to decide if I would write these last few paragraphs about Irma. Then I turned on the Marianne Williamson weekly lecture, she included this idea in her talk. Yes, we are ALL of one mind.
Please join me in sending Love to Irma and our environment.
“Earth can reflect Heaven or hell; God or the ego.”
May we all shift our thoughts into Unconditional Love towards Everyone and Everything. Because :
THERE IS UNLIMITED LOVE HERE.

Good Morning DearHearts,
In case I needed a reminder that shift is going to happen, the past few months have brought this awareness to my life experience in a big way.
Movement is a constant in the world (notice the small w). Every breath we take involves movement within the body, our lungs inflate as the sweet air fills them and the blood within the body travels throughout bringing the life sustaining oxygen to where it is needed. The heart beats. All of this is motion needed to insure the continuation of physical life.
Indeed there is movement and change in every moment we experience. As each moment passes into the next, we observe the constant flow of form and thought. We mostly just experience this without ever stopping to consider how we are affected by this pattern. It just happens.
But into each life big changes will occasionally show up for our learning pleasure. Oh, let me warn you, it may not seem pleasurable while it’s happening.
I am currently in the midst of a HUGE shift, so I believe there is also a HUGE learning being offered.
Within the past 3 months I have experienced the completion of the relationship I was part of for the past two years. Now, you may have noticed I said the relationship was completed, not ended. ACIM teaches that all relationships and experiences will continue until the learning has progressed as far as possible with the current cast of characters. This does not mean that another situation that can continue the learning process will not appear to further the lesson. Right now I am continuing to process what I have learned from this experience.
I have written several times about moving from the home I have lived in for the past 17 years. Well, sweetheart “it’s happening”. My house was listed and sold within 48 hours. I am now filling my spare time by filling boxes with my objects of life.
I will be moving into a new living experience. I am relocating to an apartment/condominium. I have lived in a single family home since before my daughter was born, so this will be another Big Shift. Without a doubt this will offer more growth opportunities. YAY!
As I have prepared my mind and my home for the momentous shift of release to new owners, I set the intention of who would want to be the new residents of this home and garden. My deepest desire was for the new caretakers to love this space as I have. I wrote a list of who these new homeowners might be.
It appears the new occupants of this home, love to cook, bake and possibly garden. I have met one half of the couple and we seemed to bond in the love for this home, specifically the kitchen. I hope they will experience the peace and harmony this space offers as I have.
There is a difference between a house/ apartment/ condominium and a HOME. Home is what welcomes us and we feel completely at peace, love and eternally safe. This is why ACIM so often refers to Heaven as our Home. But Heaven is not a place we “go to” it is the awareness of what is beyond the illusions in our minds. We can create this Heaven here. We can establish a heavenly abode “while we reside where we are not at home”.
My intention is to co-create a new piece of Heaven in my new location. It will be a process and I will most likely be writing about the unfolding.
The past several months have at times been most daunting and emotional. Change is difficult for most. But as each difficulty or challenge has appeared to me I have been consistently comforted by one particular sentence in Lesson 135.
“What could you not accept, if you but knew that everything that happens, all events, past, present and to come, are gently planned by One Whose only purpose is your good?”
One quick update to those who enjoyed my blog about “Nana’s Dishes”, the entire set has been purchased by a collector, who was thrilled to find them.
In the meantime, I am going back to packing up this home.

Good Morning DearHearts,
I just finished reading today’s lesson in the ACIM Workbook. Now, as many know this has been my practice for many, many years. Each year the lessons actually provide new insights and allow me to go deeper into the task of removing blocks from my awareness. I’m not completely there, but progress is occurring.
For those who do not know, A Course in Miracles is divided into three parts, and its’ original publication was actually three individual books.
The “middle” section is called the Workbook. It is comprised of 365 Lessons. Coincidentally, the same number of lessons as what is recognized as the days of the year. Perhaps there is a hint here?
The Lessons are the exercises to be completed each day, preferably before one decides to enter into the world of illusion. And, without a doubt we all make our way into that realm each day. Like meditation or any other spiritual “practice” these exercises assist in working the spiritual “muscles” which we call our minds and hearts.
Minds and Hearts are willing receivers of a message that comes with an all encompassing promise of peace. This is a promise that will surely be kept; if only the Lessons are undertaken with a willingness to consider the messages’ Truth.
I have encountered many beings who when I mention ACIM, they inform me “oh I did that years ago”. Really? Well I guess you are an enlightened being now? No? How come?
“Doing” A Course in Miracles is a profoundly erroneous statement. As with any spiritual path, and there are many, one doesn’t “do” it, one does their best to “become” it. BE COME.
Any goal or destination we choose to obtain comes with work. A quiet mind and peaceful heart is in this world of illusion is seemingly a lofty goal, yet it is very obtainable. And YES, it requires dedication.
It is not enough to simply read the lesson of the day upon awakening or as soon as you remember. It is a requirement to try to understand the message to the best of your current ability. I can assure you that the more times you go through the Workbook, there will be moments when you are sure “that sentence” was not there last year. And actually you would be correct because the last time you read that lesson your mind did not “see” it. That sentence was not visible to you at that time.
This is a mind training process. Minds have become flabby with ego thoughts swirling around, giving bad advice that seems reasonable in that moment. An ego thought has many qualities, but first and foremost that thought has no regard for anything or anyone except itself. It is a thought of separation not joining.
In case you are not sure if that thought comes from the ego mind or your higher Self, here’s a way to assess it. Is it a thought you are happy to share or is it something that is best kept secret? The ego likes secrets and deceptions, the higher Self shares all with all in the recognition that All is One.
As we complete the exercises that strengthen our connection with our True Self we reap the benefits of The Holy Spirit’s Promise “Seek and you will find.” We find the Truth that is within each of us. The work works.
And Remember, There is Unlimited Love Here—-Now!

Good Morning DearHearts,
Words are tricky little things. They can be fun, clever, and obtuse or as Cher sings, “words are like weapons, they wound sometimes”.
How and why we use words can determine the effect they have on those who hear or read them. A Course in Miracles instructs us that words are at best limited tools to use for limited communication. Words can be misunderstood. This is an often unavoidable error. Only minds that are joined in purpose can actually perceive in unity. (As in One Unit)
I actually think its great fun to dissect words periodically to see an alternative meaning or use for them. Since words are limitations, perhaps it’s possible to expand those limits and also have some fun. Some of these alternate meanings have come to my awareness through other spiritual beings I have encountered. Some of the acronyms have evolved through my experience.
So did you see that thing I just did a moment ago?
Unity = One Unit / Only One Thing / No Separation in Thought.
Here is my offering of a few more alternative definitions, with some apologies to Merriam Webster.
Release = Real Ease. Ease is the state we find ourselves in after we have let go of any situation that no longer is useful for our growth. Release.
History = His Story. History is truly only a conglomeration of tales that have been penned by men or women and have now been accepted as true. His story or Her Story. Equal time for all.
Realize= A Course in Miracles teaches that Truth will dawn upon us. Each time anyone has one of those “Ah Ha” moments; that’s when the world is viewed with Real-Eyes. It may only last a moment, but it is an indication that true vision is possible.
Resolve = Re Solve or to solve again. There is a line in ACIM that asks “Is it not possible that all your problems have been solved, but you have removed yourself from the solution?” Therefore, to resolve any problem or issue means we have chosen to redo that which has ALREADY been done. Rather than to re-solve, we simply need to:
Recognize = the prefix “re” means “back”, “again” or “over again”. So, to recognize is actually to Know Again That Which YOU Have Previously Known.
We recognize the Truth when we hear it because we have previously been introduced to it. It is like welcoming back a dear friend.
Grievance = Grief Fence. Any situation that is perceived as an injustice becomes a wall or block that is placed around our being. The complaint or (first fencepost) will be transformed into a barrier or “fence” to keep any possible resolution (re-solving) at bay. Therefore the grief will be contained so it can not escape and be healed, and Love will not be allowed to enter.
A Course in Miracles teaches that all darkness (grievances) must be brought to the light in order to be transformed back into the only Reality there is – LOVE.
Here are a few suggestions on how that is accomplished.
Courage = The root of this is couer, which means heart in French. Age is a period of time. Courage is to stay in one’s heart for whatever period of time is required to face and heal the grief or challenge that is being experienced. Dorothy maintained great courage during her Oz adventure.
Communication= The prefix of this word means to share or partake in common purpose. All real communication is founded in the purpose of establishing or enhancing a unified knowledge or union.
Communion = Ahh, there’s that unity/ union word again. Co or com is to come together in a unified agreement. Communion and communication are necessary for healing. This can be accomplished through surrendering everything to Holy Spirit. HS is always willing to join with us at whatever level we are able, at any given moment to assist in our healing. Communion is His thing.
Of course it helps if we can be JOY-FULL and PEACE-FULL along the way. We can Inspire (breathe in the spirit) and be the change/ miracle for others.
And finally we can
R.E.S.T. = Remain Eternally Still Today
And
Lighten Up —Light comes IN we go UP.
Remember, We Can Receive the Unlimited LOVE of the Universe- If we want to.
In Love, Light and Peace

Good Morning DearHearts,
For those who read my blog on a regular basis, you know that I love to play in the dirt (or garden as it is usually called). I also receive great insights and inspiration from these endeavors on a regular basis; today was no exception.
I spent over an hour this morning pruning, weeding, and replanting. However, when I felt complete and surveyed my results, I realized that even the most trained gardener’s eye would not be able to see much of a difference in the end product. I did not plant any showy flowers, I did not lay down new sod or mulch. I did not install a fountain or brick path. I did small tasks. Actually, much of the gardener’s work lies in the small, unseen tasks.
Our spiritual work and growth is much the same.
Once we embark on a spiritual journey, it is a commitment of time. We have decided to seek for greater wisdom and awareness in order to find an inner peace and freedom. The result will present itself, but only after the small tasks or shifts have been accomplished.
It is in the barely noticeable shifts of consciousness that Truth and Peace will unfold for us. Most do not wake up one morning and profess, “I’m enlightened now”. Most of those that we see as enlightened would dismiss the title when given.
Sitting under a bodhi tree for 49 days does not fit into most schedules in the world today. It is an amazing story that Eckhart Tolle sat on a park bench for a year. I don’t doubt that it happened, I just can’t imagine how.
Growth is generally invisible. It is not noticed until after it has happened. When a baby is born, it comes into this world a certain weight and height. However, as soon as the birth process is complete, the growing process begins, but we do not “see” it happening. It’s only after a period of time the effects can be perceived. The once small baby is now crawling, smiling and becoming.
Such is true of our spiritual transformation as well. We don’t notice that our reaction to certain situations has changed, until it does. All of a sudden the traffic jam on our way to work is less bothersome. Suddenly, comments heard from friends and family no longer upset us. We are now able to maintain peace and see those that once offended differently. Nothing outside has changed. There are still congested highways, there are still those who must be “right” above all else, there are still political stories on the news, but YOU have realized that YOU can choose Peace over anything else.
For myself, I cannot pinpoint a certain day, month or year when my reactions definitely shifted. In truth I am still shifting and growing, I’m not waiting to be “done”, I’m enjoying the journey and watching this beautiful garden grow and blossom.
“The journey that we undertake together is the exchange of dark for light, of ignorance for understanding.”

Good Morning DearHearts,
Well here it is Christmas and Hanukkah with Kwanza arriving on Monday. What a light filled time of year- or is it?
2016 has been a tumultuous year for a weary world. I do not need to relist the many difficulties or heartbreaks that came into our consciousness this year. No purpose would be served by giving these events new energy in our minds.
Our best (and only true) solution to any dis-ease we may experience about what we judge as less than desired is to find a way to see it anew. As long as we see our self (note the small “s”) as a victim of circumstance and we have the dialogue of being helpless in our consciousness we have placed a crown of victimhood on our head. That crown is not only heavy-it is not necessary.
We are the ones who came to save this world, according to many spiritual paths and A Course in Miracles.
Would it be possible that one sent to bring Light would or could be helpless? We came with an army of ONE. We came with a Heavenly Guide to direct us into the Solution. We came with Purpose.
There is truly no thing (nothing) we can not accomplish or overcome, but there is one requirement for this to occur. We must be willing to receive guidance; we must be willing to listen to our Guide.
Learning to listen becomes easier with the practice of the spiritual path (any path). The key word here is PRACTICE. In order to commit to practice we must be convinced there is a reward for the effort.
January 2nd , Bob and I are having a workshop to help with the decision of commitment for a 2017 Spiritual Path. Please contact me for more information.
My wish for each of YOU today is Deep Peace and Love, whether you are in a group or by yourself. Know that You Are Loved more than you could possibly know.
In Love, Light and Peace

Good Morning DearHearts,
I was just in the kitchen using my food processor to make cole slaw. As I watched the pieces of cabbage go through the “shoot” to instantly become shredded I thought about how easy this is from the way my Mother had to chop cabbage for the same result. The words I immediately heard in my mind were “having the right tools help”. Oh YES! This is so true.
I realize that A Course in Miracles is simply that; a tool. It is a book of instructions on how to use this experience to get to the next, more pleasant one.
My food processor came with instructions. There are diagrams and tips on the use and care of the tool. There is also a book of recipes to show me what wonderful results the correct use of the appliance can reap.
The toolbox in A Course in Miracles is called the Workbook for Students. There are 365 instructions, that IF followed will reap amazing results. These lessons are spiritual suggestions for the easiest way to reverse, change, shift, and undo the negative thoughts that simply are in need of “a better way”.
The thing about devices that can improve our lives isn’t usually if they will work, but will they actually produce the desired results. The answer to that question often lies in whether or not the user has actually become acquainted with the instructions. Too often the instructions seem overly complicated and, rather then attempt to understand them, the device is used blindly.
The Voice that dictated ACIM knew the proclivities of the human nature and very cleverly put great insight into all parts of the book. Therefore, any page of the Text, The Workbook for Students, the Manual for Teachers and Clarification of Terms can offer a correcting thought to answer the question of how to find a “better way”.
Of course there are numerous other spiritual books and paths that offer the same goal of peace. Truthfully, there is no other goal sought either individually or globally. Without peace there is no other goal that will satisfy or sustain.
We as a nation and part of a global community are hungry for peace – right now. What a wonderful opportunity to extend healing and forgiveness.
Notes about that last paragraph:
Both community and opportunity end in the word UNITY.
Community – com (means to join) in Unity – Oneness
Opportunity- port (prefix means a harbor or haven) for Unity –Oneness
Healing and Forgiveness always go together.
And this message is simply a tool, but the correct tools can do wonders.
On January 1st there is the opportunity (there’s that word again) to start using the tool of 365 Lessons. It is a new year and perfect for new journeys within. Bob and I will be hosting a workshop on January 2nd to offer an overview of A Course in Miracles – what it is and what it is not. More information will follow in the coming weeks.
And Remember
There is Boundless LOVE Here- NOW. YES- Right NOW!!

Good Morning DearHearts,
A few posts ago I wrote about Birth and Rebirth from my gardener’s point of view. This time I want to share what I have learned about surrender from spending time in the garden.
If anyone decides to grow a garden and believe they will be able to control how their garden grows; well have I got news for you.
Many years ago, after believing I had a brown thumb and could not grow anything, I somehow found delight playing in the dirt and planting flowers and herbs. To my surprise my thumb was not cursed with giving flowers a death sentence. In fact, generally everything grew quite well.
When I decided to focus my gardening efforts towards butterflies, I had so much more to learn about providing a place to nurture nature.
The first time I planted milkweed (the most important plant for Monarch butterflies), I was shocked the next week when all of the leaves and flowers disappeared. I was not aware that in order to get butterflies you have to start with caterpillars. The caterpillars consume the leaves and flowers AND if you are lucky, you will end up with some butterflies hatching in a few weeks.
However, I have learned to surrender my attachment to seeing this transformation. Over the past few years the number of caterpillars never seems to equal the same number of butterflies. No matter my intention, care and actually moving caterpillars to a different plant, the math doesn’t work.
I am helpless over the number of caterpillar predators in the garden and because the garden is pesticide free and wildlife welcoming, Que Sera Sera.
I have also had to surrender my belief that if a plant seems to be growing well this is an indication that it will continue on that path. Not so much. In actuality some plants seem to be doing just fine until they aren’t. I had a beautiful vine plant that was an amazing addition to the side fence. I couldn’t wait to see it bloom again. It was attracting Swallowtail butterflies into the garden. All was well. And then it wasn’t.
One morning the vine started to wither and turn brown. I watered it, gave it plant food and spoke to it in dulcet tones. This was out of my control. But to complicate the problem there were baby caterpillars on the vine. I had pictured seeing Swallowtail butterflies hatch in my back yard. That was not going to happen. I relocated the babies to Butterfly World and allowed the vine to die.
My role here is to be a care giver. This is not only my role in the garden but also in this experience that is referred to as “Life”. I have the ability to offer care, to advise, to feed with words and water with appreciation and guidance. I do not have the ability to determine if any of my offerings are accepted, used or valued. I must surrender any attachment I may have of “follow through” or outcomes.
It has been said that when the student is ready the teacher will appear. Until willingness (which is readiness) is acquired no teacher will be suitable for the student. Those who believe they want to connect with their Spiritual Self will appear (like the vine) only to disappear when the teachings get too uncomfortable or challenging. I must surrender my desire to see the change.
Growth is complicated. Spiritual growth is complex. As much as we desire to have a new way to experience life there is often a resistance to the very change that will bring that desire to fruition.
In my role as a care giving spiritual teacher I advise gentleness to your being. Feed your soul with words of wisdom from one of the many sources available. Do not be alarmed if you do not seem to digest this “soul food” immediately. Water your Self with groups/gatherings of like minded beings. Watch for the ego thoughts (weeds) that may emerge and be willing to remove them swiftly. Surrender your attachment to how soon this garden of new thoughts blossoms, it will. Walk barefoot in your garden. Know that you do not walk alone.
From Text ACIM Chapter 18, “The Little Garden”
“And walk into the garden love has prepared for both of you.”

Good Morning Dearhearts,
While doing the laundry this week I had the realization that some of my favorite pieces of clothing that would never be subjected to the inside of the dryer were now being tossed in with my jeans.
I still wear them but their “specialness” has subsided. If you have read my blog before you may know that I see everything as a metaphor to spirituality. This awareness is no exception.
Ideas from the past can be held onto and treated with great care. We can be unwilling to see these ideas may be fraying or losing their color and attraction. Yet, we will hold on – at least a little while longer.
I can see a reflection of this thought in my closet. The closet appears to be quite full and when I am looking for a particular piece of clothing it may take some extra time to locate it because there are so many other things still in the closet that are NEVER WORN. I might need to examine the reason for holding on to what I have obviously decided I no longer require.
What is the motivation for refusing to let go?
Well the ego voice will caution me, just as I take something out of the closet, “what if you need it next week”? Of course many weeks, months or even years (yes years) have passed without the occasion to wear that outfit. But when I hear the “what if” I obey as though a decree has been issued by a high court. Hold ON.
The ego voice can have a similar impact on my ideas and thoughts. The awareness of old habits and routines that are not serving my desired outcome to a situation does not mean those customs are easily discarded. The same voice that told me “what if you need that shirt next week” is the same voice instructing me , “let’s try it this way, just one more time.”
Change of any kind can be challenging for many of us. Changing the way we think is probably the most difficult of all adjustments. Yet the greatest reward will come from the hardest modification of our thoughts. Until we actually experience the lightness of being from the reversal of the thought process, it is only a vague concept without any personal validity.
Remember that closet full of unused items? Start there. Commit to removing one or two items. Decide to donate these to one of the multiple collection agencies that service the part of the Sonship in need of what you have to offer. Take a breath. That actually felt good. Release is cleansing.
The small release of unwanted items from your closet will be magnified a thousand fold with the release of an old thought pattern. The liberation of the old provides a space for a new, healthier viewpoint to emerge. Take a breath. Feel the lightness of change.
“Change is always fearful to the separated, because they cannot conceive of it as a move towards healing the separation.” Text. Chapter 4.
There’s another change I want to share. Due to the possibility of a tropical storm in South Florida last weekend, the date for the next workshop on Relationships was changed to September 17th. If you are on my email list I will be sending out more information. Please contact me if you want to reserve your spot.

Good Morning DearHearts,
This thought/title came to me many years ago and I kept telling myself to put it to paper. In the meantime I have heard many other Teachers use the same onion metaphor; more proof of the joining of our minds and no private thoughts. So here are some of my thoughts about the subject.
The ego mind is like an onion, it has many layers and a slippery film in between the layers that makes it harder to peel back. Each layer can seem to be of different thicknesses and some certainly are easier to discard. Going through the layers can bring forth tears to the one who is doing the dissecting , because at times the action of discarding layer upon layer of the onion stings and can seem to cause great pain.
Have you ever peeled an onion? If you have, then you will have noticed that as you get to the center of the vegetable, the layers get smaller and tighter, almost like they are protecting the very inner part. However, when you get to the very core of the onion there is nothing there. No treasure lies in the center of the onion, and there is no treasure at the core of the ego either.
In contrast the Holy Mind is like a multi faceted diamond. A Light shines upon it. This Light is reflected out and the diamond seems even more brilliant than before. Each ray of light enhances the diamond so that the Light becomes all that is noticed when gazing upon it. As the light is reflected through the diamond, all of the parts shine together. There is not one part that is greater than the next- all shine equally. Each part of the Sonship is one of the facets and as the Light illuminates each one, the Power of the God Mind radiates outward to be experienced by ALL.
We can bask in the beauty of the Holy Mind or we can fight off the tears of the ego’s onion mind.
One choice will fill our hearts with an experience that is actually impossible to put into words. The other choice will fuel stories of discontent that will be retold numerous times. Each painful retelling is given with the characters playing different parts, yet always the story ends the same.
Perhaps, it’s time for each of us to pick a new story. It is obvious that the current collective narrative is both frightening and painful. We have decided to expose our minds to the some of the most extreme situations and villains seen in modern times. We have collectively decided to join in the destruction of our earth home by using deadly chemicals and not having respect for other living creatures, whether they are on two legs or more.
From where does this self hatred come?
And YES- this is the reason for the frightening dream. We can not heal our world until we heal our minds. Minds cannot heal if they harbor a loathing within for their own existence. Special hate relationships hide the love that lies within. Special love relationships will keep us looking outside to find what really can only be found within. This recognition allows the specialness to be exposed to the mind so the mind can heal.
As long as specialness is valued and kept hidden it will continue to produce (get it?) tears.
On Saturday August 27th Bob Friedman and I will be presenting our second workshop on relationships. This one will be exploring the special hate/love relationship each has within. The location is at The Pride Center in Wilton Manors, the time is from 11:00AM until 1:30ish. The cost is only $30.00.
If you reside in the South Florida vicinity and would like more information, you can contact me at jstarmiracle@gmail.com
